and.... we're back alive in'25

Over the last few days, the TPM Africa 2025 team traveled to Zambia. After three long flights and nearly 36 hours of travel, we were finally reunited with our friends here. The journey itself had already proven the value of trusting the process. Our first real day in Zambia was slower in pace but rich in meaning. 

We spent the morning planning for the education sessions we’ll be leading in the days ahead, and it was exciting to see ideas start taking shape as we worked together. Beyond the planning, this was also a day for bonding as a team. We laughed, shared stories, explored the community, and found ourselves growing closer in ways that will no doubt make us stronger for the work ahead.

In the evening, we gathered as a team for reflection, something we’ve committed to making part of each day. Each member was asked to choose one word to capture our  experience so far. The words chosen painted such a vivid picture of our collective journey:
